Buying for a School?

Now you can pay by invoice!

For customers that are buying rewards for a school, you can now choose to pay by invoice once the goods have been delivered.

To pay by invoice, you don't need an account and you won't need to fill in a pile of forms, just simply complete checkout as you would normally and select the 'Pay By Invoice' option when you get to the payment stage.

As long as your order is being delivered to a school, and you've selected primary or secondary school in step one of the checkout process, you'll be able to place your order without the need to enter payment details.

We'll include an invoice with your goods which you'll need to pass on to your finance team so that they can make payment.

Terms & Conditions

• Payment by invoice is only available to schools and academies and for orders over £17.
• Payment is due within 14 days from receipt of the goods
• Orders placed with 'Payment By Invoice' as the payment method that are not for delivery to a school will not be processed. We will contact you to make payment.
• Customers that have not purchased from us before may need to be verified before we process the order. In most cases we will simply call the school to confirm that the order is ok to process. In the event that verification cannot be obtained, payment would need to be made prior to the order being processed.
