Buy Now Pay Later / School Invoicing

If you are placing an order for a school, we offer the ability to pay by invoice. Simply add your chosen products to your basket as normal and proceed to checkout. During the billing information section, you will need to select Primary School/Secondary School (as appropriate) and complete your billing and delivery details. When you reach the payment section of the checkout, you will see an option to pay by invoice.

Enter your purchase order number (if required) and complete the transaction as normal.

Paying by invoice is only available on orders over £17 for the UK

Your invoice will be included with your goods. Our payment terms are strictly 14 days. Payment can be made by Cheque, Bacs or Card. Please email a copy of your remittance to: [email protected]

Please ensure that you provide either your invoice number or order number as the payment reference.

Your invoice number will be a 6 digit number in the top right hand corner of your invoice.

For orders placed through the website, you can also quote your order ID that is shown in your order history. This is typically 9 digits long and starts with 100.

Using Discount Codes

To use a voucher code, add your chosen products to the basket and click on the View Basketbutton in the top right corner of the screen.

Here you'll see a box called "Discount Codes"

Enter your voucher code in the box then click on "Apply Voucher" to add the discount to your order.

Confirmation of the voucher code will be shown at the top of the screen and the voucher's effects will be applied - e.g. money off your order, a free item will be added, or delivery charges will be removed.

Once you've finished shopping, click on "Proceed to checkout" and enter your delivery and payment details.

If you want to carry on shopping for stickers, click on "Continue Shopping".

Your offer will remain in your basket until you complete the checkout process.

Discount Code Not Working

If your discount code isn't accepted, please check to make sure that your code has been entered correctly. Discount codes are not case sensitive.

If your code has been entered correctly, but still isn't working there could be a number of reasons why:

  • Discount code has expired - please check with the provider of the code that it is still valid
  • Discount criteria has not been met - please check the terms of the discount to ensure that the correct items are in your basket. Most discount codes will require specific products to be purchased or have a minimum order value in order to work
  • You are not signed in - some discount codes are restricted to specific customers. If you have been sent a code by email, please ensure that you have logged in using the same email address that the code was sent to.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order - You may have multiple discount codes, however only one can be used per order. You will need to decide which code offers you the best saving.

  • Discount code works, but other offers aren't showing?

    Some of the discount codes that we issue cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. These codes will cancel offers such as 5 for 4 on stampers and 3 for 2 on certificates.

    To make the process easier for you as a customer there are a number of payment options available when placing an order online.

    • As mentioned above the school can be invoiced and payment can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by Cheque, Bacs or Card.
    • Payment can be made online via Credit or Debit card we currently accept: MASTERCARD, VISA, SOLO, MAESTRO
    • Payment can also be made via Paypal or Amazon checkout

    We can add a purchase order number to your order. Simply insert it during the check out process.

    Safe and Secure Shopping

    School Stickers continually aims to process payment information confidentially and accurately. Credit card security is of the highest priority. All payments go through industry leader Stripe. We do not keep your Card details. We now also offer secure checkout via Amazon Checkout and PayPal Checkout.

    Returns / Refunds

    When placing an order online please check your products carefully and ensure that the customised text that you have chosen is correct. If you are not happy with your order for any reason,e.g. if it is damaged, has printing defects or contains the wrong items, please let us know so that we can arrange to correct any problems and resend your order.

    We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with School Stickers however occasionally you may need to return an item. Please fill in our returns form and use our freepost label here

    Items can be returned in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that any items that are returned are in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please do not fold or crease any printed materials to fit them into smaller envelopes.

    We are unable to accept returns for any personalised items unless there is a problem with the print quality. If you are unsure if you are able to return your item please call us on 0121 333 3600 to discuss.

    This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.

    Please note to enable us to reprint / refund an order we must be notified of non-receipt of goods within 28 days.

    Sticker Maker - Problems Uploading your Image

    With the Sticker Maker, you can upload your own designs and have them printed on your stickers.

    You can upload any of the following file types: .jpg .jpeg .png .gif

    If the image doesn't show please checkk you have clicked "crop" and the image should then appear on your design.

    Word files and PDF's are not supported and will need to be re-saved in the correct format. If you don't have the software to do this, you can simply email your artwork to [email protected] and we will create your sticker for you.

    We'd love to help. Let us know on either 0121 333 3600 or email [email protected] with your subject and any ideas of what you might like. We'll make something up for you! We'll send you a proof of your designs for you to OK. There is no commitment to purchase in asking for designs. We love making new designs and ideas. Our design service is free.

    Rewards no longer on the website? But you'd like to re-order them?

    We do our best to keep all previous designs on file, so although your stickers may not appear on the website, we should still be able to produce them. If you contact the office (0121 333 3600 or [email protected]) with more information about the rewards then we will be able to find the designs and process your order. Alternatively, you could send us an example of the sticker/postcard in the post and we will then be able to recreate the design.

    You would like to produce stickers or postcards that your pupils have designed?

    We love doing this! Simply send your pupils' designs to us on paper and we can then scan them (with our specialist scanning equipment) into our computers. Alternatively, you could scan the design in yourself and then email it to us in a jpeg format to [email protected]. Brightly coloured designs usually look the best, and it is important to make sure that vital elements of the design aren't too close to the edge as they could get missed off when the postcards are chopped up or the stickers are peeled off.
