Standard Delivery Service for orders under £45 ex VAT

All UK orders with a value of under £45 (ex VAT) will be charged £3.60 postage.

Your order will be printed and dispatched within 7 working days. It will then be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

For example, if you placed an order on Monday it would be dispatched the following Tuesday.

FREE Standard Delivery Service for orders over £45 ex VAT

All UK orders are sent FREE Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Your order will be printed and dispatched within 7 working days. It will then be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

For example, if you placed an order on Monday it would be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Orders weighing over 6kg or costing over £200 will be sent via courier for ‘next day delivery’ at no additional charge.

Northern Ireland School and Business Customers:

Due to new requirements of the Windsor Framework which came into effect in May 2025, we are now required to provide your EORI when booking shipments. This applies to Schools and Businesses only.

Medals & Trophies: 10-14 Working Days

Lanyards: 4-6 Weeks

Bags: 2-4 Weeks
